Caroline joined Hills Balfour in September 2019. Having previously worked as the Executive Vice President of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) Caroline has over 25 years experience in Travel & Tourism. During her tenure at WTTC she worked to raise awareness of Travel & Tourism into governments as one of the world's largest industries, generating over 10 per cent of world GDP.
Prior to WTTC, she served as Group Marketing and Commercial Director for Manchester Airports Group, and was responsible for Marketing as well as Airline Negotiations and Network Planning.
